 When I was watching  Brghu Patis Prabhus lecture on ISKCON LA webtv, he discussed the attachment to Lord Ramachandra versus to Lord Krsna. The point is this Lord Caitanya even showed His form of Krsna to Murari Gupta ,who is the incarnation of Hanuman.
