The official Danish Church   recently allowed the wedding of gay and lesbian couples.My grand father who was a priest in this church would   have never  approved of this.Denmark has  the Lutheran Church as its official religion.Thus they are not separating Church from State.

Actually the complex struggles within State and religion has a long history in Europe,But this is not the issue here.

Yesterday on bookdistribution I met an elderly lady from Denmark, that told me about this change , so  I looked it up.Martin Luther would never have approved of the blessings of gay weddings, but the Danish state has decided that they know more about the Bible than Martin Luther and Jesus Christ., lets look at the statements of the Bible:

Leviticus 18:22 - "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."

For example in Genesis it is stated:  

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

The Suprem Lord Never said Adam and Steve will populate  the earth...

The Bible is full of things about  not being a homosexual:

Genesis "And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto  him." What did Ham do? Did he just look at his naked father or was there  something more to it than that? Some commentators have suggested that Ham  committed homosexual rape on his drunken father, and that this was why Ham's  descendants were eternally punished with slavery. 9:24 This verse doesn't say what the Sodomites did to make them such exceedingly  great sinners, though most bible believers equate "Sodomite" with homosexual.  (But see Ezekiel 16:49, which claims the sins  of Sodom were pride, gluttony, sloth, greed, and failure to help the poor.) 13:13 The two angels that visit Lot wash their feet, eat, and are sexually  irresistible to Sodomites. 19:1-5 God kills everyone in Sodom and Gomorrah. 19:4-5, 24-25 What did Sarah see? 21:9 Leviticus Homosexual acts are an abomination to God. 18:22 If a man has sex with another man, kill them both. 20:13 Deuteronomy "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a  man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD  thy God." 22:5 God says not be bring any whore, sodomite, or dog into the house of the  Lord. For "these things are an abomination to the Lord." Sodomites and dogs are  biblical names for homosexuals. 23:17-18 1 Samuel Saul is angered by his son's homosexual affair with David and says, "do not  I know that thou has chosen the son of Jesse to thine own confusion of thy  mother's nakedness?" 20:30 Saul sets an example for Christian parents that discover that they have a  homosexual child: try to kill the child and his or her lover. 20:31-33 1 Kings "There were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the  abominations...." God shows his homophobia by calling gay people "sodomites"  and their sexual relations "abominations." 14:24 Asa "did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD" by expelling  homosexuals (or "sodomites", as the good book calls them). 15:12 Jehoshaphat "did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord" and "took"  the homosexuals (sodomites) "out of the land," or as the RSV says, "he  exterminated" them. 22:43, 46 2 Kings Josiah, with God's approval, broke down the houses of the sodomites. 23:7 Isaiah "They declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their  soul!" The biblical god just doesn't seem to care much for homosexuals. And  he gets especially upset when "they hide it not." 3:9 Daniel "Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of  women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all." Some  Christians think this refers to the antichrist. (He'll be an atheist  homosexual.) 11:37 Luke Increase your chance of being raptured: Pray  to be gay! 17:34-35 Romans With his usual intolerance, Paul condemns homosexuals (including lesbians).  This is the only clear reference to lesbians in the Bible. 1:26-28 Homosexuals (those "without natural affection") and their supporters (those  "that have pleasure in them") are "worthy of death." 1:31-32 1 Corinthians Paul lists ten things that will keep you out of heaven, including  homosexuality and being "effeminate." 6:9-10 1 Timothy Homosexuals (those "that defile themselves with mankind") are included on  the list of lawless, disobedient, unholy, and profane people. 1:10 2 Timothy Iin the last days people will become evil, "without natural affection."  Fundamentalist say that this refers to homosexuals. 3:3 Jude God sent "eternal fire" on the people of Sodom and Gomorrah for "going after  strange flesh." 7-8 Revelation "Dogs [homosexuals?], sorcerers, whoremongers, idolaters" and along with  anyone who ever told a lie will not enter the heavenly city. 22:15 So it is very clear from the Bible itself that being homosexual is not Gods will We see how some members of ISKCON and Gaudiya math preach the it is ok to be a homosexual and they bless gay marriages  . Srila Prabhupada mentiones in the Srimad Bhagavatam   : “It appears here that the homosexual appetite of males for each other is created in this episode of the creation of the demons by Brahma. In other words, the homosexual appetite of a man for another man is demoniac and is not for any sane male in the ordinary course of life.” (Srimad Bhagavatam 3.20.26 purport.) “The demons took the approach of the evening twilight to be a beautiful woman, and they began to adore her in various ways. They imagined the twilight to be a very beautiful woman with tinkling bangles on her feet, a girdle on her hips, and beautiful breasts, and for their sexual satisfaction they imagined the appearance of this beautiful girl before them.” (Srimad Bhagavatam 3.20.29 purport.) http://www.oneiskcon.com/2011/12/a-response-to-%e2%80%9cvaisnava-mo... In a recent sangha article Tripurari Maharaja has proposed that Srila Prabhupada was instructing his homosexual disciples to "find a nice boy" (for homosexual behaviour) and "stay with him" and practice Krishna consciousness. The exact quote is: Although my Guru Maharaja frowned on homosexuality in general, he was also very practical, flexible, and compassionate. One of his earliest disciples was a gay man who once related how he had ultimately discussed his sexual orientation with Srila Prabhupada. He said that at that point Srila Prabhupada said "Then just find a nice boy, stay with him and practice Krsna consciousness." However this is a complete fabrication and irreligion on the part of Tripurari  Swami there is no such statement by Srila Prabhupada never ever.  Nor would his siksa Guru Srila Sridhara Swami never approve such a bogus statement .Srila Prabhupada was very clear when he wrote one homosexual leader: I am very sorry that you have taken to homosex. It will not help you advance in your attempt for spiritual life. In fact, it will only hamper your advancement. I do not know why you have taken to such abominable activities. What can I say? Anyway, try to render whatever service you can to Krishna. Even though you are in a very degraded condition Krishna, being pleased with your service attitude, can pick you up from your fallen state. You should stop this homosex immediately. It is illicit sex, otherwise, your chances of advancing in spiritual life are nil. Show Krishna you are serious, if you are. Many of Srila Prabhupadas early disciples was homosexuals , supposed to be "former homosexuals" , and later some of the again engaged in homosex including Kirtananda ,Hayagriva, SatyaDhanya ,Bhavananda etc ,several of the persons where also pedophiles One pedophile Bhavananda is still allowed to serve in ISKCON Mayapure,though I know from witness account he sexually molested many Guru kula children in the 80th and properly before that time,especailly from a nepali boy in 1986 in Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh told me about all these crimes that tool place in Mayapure. So there is persons within ISKCON that is for blessing gay marriages, Hrdayanada Maharaja and some of his disciples has this philosophy, one Danish disciple of Maharaja threatened to kill me because I am against the bogus preaching of his Guru on this gay issue of allowing gays and lesbians to be married. There is Chakra a lesbian/ gay website there is Amara das that promotes gay sex for devotees, and so on.Then there is Tripurari Swamis nonsense irreligious statements. There is some disciples of my Gurudeva Narayana Maharaja that claim he encouraged them to be gay and lesbians, they are just sinners that is all. There is also some babajis from Radha Kunda especailly Advaita das and Jagadananda that states Srimad Bhagavatam does not state it is wrong to be a gay.Such sinful nonsense. Shrimad Bhagavatam 3.20.26: pahi mam paramatmams te presanenasrjam  prajah ta ima yabhitum papa upakramanti mam prabho Lord Brahma, approaching the Lord, addressed Him  thus: My Lord, please protect me from these sinful demons, who were created by  me under Your order. They are infuriated by an appetite for sex and have come to  attack  me PURPORT It appears here that the homosexual  appetite of males for each other is created in this episode of the creation of  the demons by Brahma. In other words, the homosexual appetite of a man for  another man is demoniac and is not for any sane male in the ordinary course of  life. Srila Prabhupada has explained in  certain terms: That means they are making their own lusty desires fulfilled in the name of  Bible, that’s all. Everyone is doing like that. They are changing.  Mass opinion is now homo sex. They are passing abortion. They are passing?What is  this? This is their business. For fulfillment of their lusty desires and  greediness, they are bringing the authority of Bible, Bhagavad-gita. This is  going on in the name of religion. ...not sentimental. There is no religion, and still, they are  professing, "I am this reli..., I profess this religion," Where is your  religion? If actually there was religion in the human society, why there are so  many problems? There should not have been so many problems. The problems are in  the animal society. Why there should be problem in human society? Because they  have given up the real principles. They are simply animals. Therefore there are  so many problems. Actually there is no problem. Even they are not animal. Less  than animal. In animal society there is no problem. There is problem, but not so  acute. They are free. Just like the ducks, the pigeons, they fly from one  country to another. They have no problem of immigration department, passport, or  visa. They have no problem. These rascals should understand that they have  created problem on account of their animalistic, less than animalistic  civilization. There is no limit of sense gratification. The sense gratification,  homosex, they are supporting. Just see. Just see. At least, in animal society  there is no homosex. So these things are going on.  They take it purely for prostitution. That's all. So therefore people are  thinking, "What is the use of keeping a regular prostitution at a cost of heavy  expenditure? Better not to have this." Syamasundara: You use that example of the cow and the  market? Prabhupada: Yes, when the milk is  available in the market, what is the use of keeping a cow?
