Vrindadevi and Sridhama was cursed by Sri Radha to come to the material world to play the role of the demon Jalandhar and Vrinda became his wife ,so this is also when the marriage of Tulsi and Salagrama sila is performed today like in our ISKCON Baltimore temple today,this pastime is found in Brahma Vaivarta Purana translated by His Grace Kusakratha Prabhu

Asta-Nama-Stava from the Padma Purana The Eight Names of Vrinda-devi
Vrindavani, vrinda, visvapujita, pushpasara, nandini, Krishna-jivani, visva-pavani, tulasi
VRINDAVANI - One who first manifested in Vrindavan.
VRINDA - The goddess of all plant and trees ( even if one Tulasi plant is present in a forest it can be called Vrindavana.)
VISHVAPUJITA - One whom the whole universe worships.
PUSHPASARA - The topmost of all flowers, without whom Krishna does not like to look upon other flowers.
NANDINI - Seeing whom gives unlimited bliss to the devotees.
KRISHNA-JIVANI - The life of Sri Krishna.
VISHVA-PAVANI - One who purifies the three worlds.
TULASI - One who has no comparison.
Anyone while worshiping Tulasi-devi chants these eight names will get the same results as one who performs the Ashvamedha sacrifice. And one who on the full-moon day of Kartika (Tulasi-devi's appearance day) worships Her with this Mantra will break free from the bonds of this miserable world of birth and death, and very quickly attains Goloka Vrndavan. On the full moon-day of Kartik Lord Sri Krishna Himself worships Srimati Tulasi-devi with this Mantra.
One who remembers this Mantra will very quickly attain devotion to Lord Krishna's Transcendental Lotus Feet.

Sri Krsna marries Tulsidevi is celebrated today ,marriages to Salagrama Sila and Tulsi devi.Tulsi turned Krsna to become a stone so He appeared as Salagrama Sila and He cursed her to become the Tulsi tree so they are eternally related in this way and all we conditioned souls that worship Salagrama Sila and Tulsi will become free from this material world

Vrindadevi appeared again 5000 years ago to play her eternal role as a Sakhi of Vraja ,Radharani once asked Krsna why do you claim all these flowers of Vrindavana is yours, Krsna said because I am married to Vrindadevi.Vrindadevi was brought, and said angrily I would never marry this black hearted fellow he is black inside and out.All the gopis laughed (of course we know they love Krsna more dear than life ).Sri Krsna is eternally married to Srimati Tulsi and Vrindevi so Lord Krsna did not lie
