Please accept my humble obaisences at your lotusfeet
Once again I am here in front of you for your holy Vyasapuja day on Nandotsava .
This is my 39th time I have attended your Vyasapuja celebration .40 years ago I recieved your books
and I joined ISKCON shortly after , 41 years ago I started to read your Bhagavad Gita as it is , but I met a sankirtana devotee 40 years ago .Your books are changing the world, and I realized that if your books are distributed and read the world will change so I have always dedicated myself to reading and distributing them. In the early days of ISKCON you asked your disciples that now you have promised to follow the 4 regulative principles you should chant 64 rounds daily .I always felt shortcut because I wanted to chant this much as it was Lord Caitanyas instruction I always chanted more than 16 since the day I joined ISKCON.Later when I got reinitiated after the fall of my Guru Harikesa, my Gurudeva told me I should chant 64 rounds and that has adjusted things for me for my betterment.Srila Prabhupada said you should chant minimum 16 rounds but always try to increase never decrease.So I wanted to mention this in my offering to you Srila Prabhupada that it is possible to chant 64 rounds daily I am doing it by your mercy and the mercy of my Gurudeva.
I took a look time to write a book about Lord Narasimha that I offered to your lotusfeet last year .You gave us the shelter of Lord Narasimha as well .In 1965 on board Jaladutta you had a heart attack and you prayed to Krsna and He appeared to you along with His many forms such as Lord Narasimha ,later in 1968 when you had a heart attack again you prayed to Lord Narasimha and introduced the Narasimha Mantra ,Namaste Narasimhaya from Narasimha Purana along with Jayadeva Goswamis prayer to Lord Narasimha from Gita Govinda .You stated they should be chanted after each artik .When you left us in 1977 in Vrindavana I saw later in the films from this time a picture of Lord Narasimha placed at your head.You often spoke about Lord Narasimha .When you visited John Lennon and the Beatles for example you chanted one sloka from Bhagavatam 7.5.30-32 .I have often read your 7th canto Srila Prabhupada and distributed it it inspires me greatly to this day .I used to distribute it in Germany one volume 7th canto even in the former center of former Nazi center in the city of Nurenberg the capital of the asuras that wanted to take over the whole world. I know you where pleased with me Srila Prabhupada .In ISKCON Mayapure some dacoits attacked and there was shooting ,HH Bhakti Raghava Swami lost a leg in this attack so it was decided to install Lord Narasimha to protect the devotees in Mayapure. Thus later Ugra Narasimha has been installed . In Germany also we had lots of problems once the police arrested all the devotees and even walked on the alter with boots of Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan .So in 1982 Sri Sri Prahlada Narasimha was installed I was there for the installation and it was wonderful. Srila Prabhupada you mentioned in your purports in Caitanya Caritamrta three places visited by Lord Caitanya related to Lord Narasimha .Simhacalam , Ahovalam and Mangala Giri ,so in my book Sri Narasimha I have revealed the glories of these places of Lord Narasimha. I have also given a chapter with most of the quotes of Srila Rupa and Sanatana Goswamis about Lord Narasimha. I 108 names of Lord Narasimha there and one devotee translated 1000 names of Lord Narasimha there , the glories of fasting on Narasimha caturdasi is there.There is also a chapter that is a summary of Narasimha Purana about the pastimes of Lord Narasimha and from Visnupurana and many other subjects I have written this book for your pleasure Srila Prabhupada and I pray devotees in ISKCON will also read it . I have it as a free Pdf file for anyone who wants to read the glories of Lord Narasimha and it is also in a book form .May Lord Narasimha always protect your ISKCON Srila Prabhupada.I thank you Srila Prabhupada for having brought us to the lotusfeet and shelter of Lord Narasimha.I like to mention that Prahlada Maharaja appeared in Gaura Lila as Haridasa Thakura teaching us to always chant Hare Krsna . Thank you Srila Prabhupada when I read your Bhagavad Gita in june 1977 I prayed to Krsna I may have you as my spiritual master , and though I never took diksa from you , you are my life and soul and my param Gurudeva may your fame be declared all over the 3 worlds Srila Prabhupada
