seeing through the eyes of scriptures

Lord Balarama appeared 8 days before Lord Krsna, actually Krsna simultanously appeared to Nanda Maharaja and Vasudeva, in Srimad Bhagavatam we however read
how Vasudeva brought Krishna to Gokula and exchanged Krsna with the daughter of Yasoda.
First of all I like to mention when you go to the Janma Sthan in Mathura this is not the actual location but very close by is pracin Mandir, this is accepted by all Gaudiya vaisnavas to be
the actual place, that is where the prison was of Kamsa, where Vasudeva and Devaki was imprisoned. So when you go to Janma Sthan in Mathura ask someone to take you there
like our devotees in Krsna Balarama mandir ,if you do not know.Or you can ask for that Pracin mandir (the old temple, original temple), close to there is Potra Kunda or also called
Pavitra Kunda where Vasudeva nad Devaki used to take bath while being kept in Kamsas prison, and wash their close, this Pavitra kunda used to be within the premises of Kamsas prison so it makes perfect sense, that the pracin Mandir where Krsna appeared is close by.Close to the pracin Mandir is the famous deity of Adikesava, that Deity is now in a village
Rajadhana , close to a city called Itava ,that is close to Kanpur (UP).Though so many of the original Deities has left Vrindavan due to the Muslims attacks during that time period, 1600 century, the Pratibhu-Vigraha of Shri Adikesava is still there. It means Krsna is still present there ,such is also the case of Radha Madan Mohan, Radha Govinda,Radha Gopinath
and so many other Arca Vigrahas.Lord Caitanya also came there:

Śrī Caitanya Caritāmṛta Madhya 17.156
mathurā āsiyā kailā 'viśrānti-tīrthe' snāna
'janma-sthāne' 'keśava' dekhi' karilā praṇāma
When Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu entered the city of Mathurā, He took His bath at Viśrāma-ghāṭa. He then visited the birthplace of Kṛṣṇa and saw the Deity named Keśavajī. He offered His respectful obeisances to this Deity.
PURPORT
At the present moment, the temple of Keśavajī is very much improved. At one time, Keśavajī-mandira was attacked by the emperor Aurangzeb, who constructed such a big mosque there that the temple of Keśavajī was insignificant in comparison. But with the help of many rich Maḍwārīs, the temple has been improved, and a very large temple is now being constructed so that the mosque is now appearing diminished in comparison. Many archeological discoveries have been made there, and many people from foreign countries are beginning to appreciate Kṛṣṇa's birthplace. This Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is attracting many foreigners to the Keśavajī temple, and now they will also be attracted by the Kṛṣṇa-Balarāma temple in Vṛndāvana.

Lord Caitanya showed us by example first to take bath and Yamuna and then go to Adikesava Mandir.

CC Madhya 17.157: When Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu chanted, danced and made loud vibrations, all the people were astonished to see His ecstatic love.
CC Madhya 17.158: One brāhmaṇa fell at the lotus feet of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu and then began to dance with Him in ecstatic love.
CC Madhya 17.159: The two of them danced in ecstatic love and embraced each other. Raising their arms, they said, "Chant the holy names of Hari andKṛṣṇa!"
CC Madhya 17.160: All the people then began to chant, "Hari! Hari!" and there was a great uproar. The priest in Lord Keśava's service offered Śrī CaitanyaMahāprabhu a garland.
CC Madhya 17.161: When the people saw Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu's dancing and chanting, they were struck with wonder, and they all said, "Such transcendental love is never an ordinary thing."
CC Madhya 17.162: The people said, "Simply by seeing Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, everyone is maddened with love of Kṛṣṇa. Indeed, everyone is laughing, crying, dancing, chanting and taking the holy name of Kṛṣṇa.
CC Madhya 17.163: "Certainly Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu is in all respects the incarnation of Lord Kṛṣṇa. Now He has come to Mathurā to deliver everyone."
Actually Krishna appeared simultanously to Devaki and Moter Yasoda ,Srila Prabhupada has also mentioned this in Srimad Bhagavatam

Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 10.3.47

TRANSLATION
Thereafter, exactly when Vasudeva, being inspired by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, was about to take the newborn child from the delivery room,Yogamāyā, the Lord's spiritual energy, took birth as the daughter of the wife of Mahārāja Nanda.
PURPORT
Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura discusses that Kṛṣṇa appeared simultaneously as the son of Devakī and as the son of Yaśodā, along with the spiritual energy Yogamāyā. As the son of Devakī, He first appeared as Viṣṇu, and because Vasudeva was not in the position of pure affection for Kṛṣṇa, Vasudevaworshiped his son as Lord Viṣṇu. Yaśodā, however, pleased her son Kṛṣṇa without understanding His Godhood. This is the difference between Kṛṣṇa as the son of Yaśodā and as the son of Devakī. This is explained by Viśvanātha Cakravartī on the authority of Hari-vaḿśa.

Srila Visvanath Chakravati Thakura has explained that Krsna was born exactly at the same time to Mother Devaki and Mother Yasoda.
Krsna never appeared in 4 armed form to Mother Yasoda, but in His Svayam Rupa. Thus in his Ananda Vrindavan Champu
the birth of Vasudeva Krsna in Mathura is not mentioned, wheras the Srimad Bhagavatam gives the full story.
These are some of the mysteries behind Krsnas Janma lila.
janma karma ca me divyam
evam yo vetti tattvatah
tyaktva deham punar janma
naiti mam eti so 'rjuna
One who knows the transcendental nature of My appearance and activities does not, upon leaving the body, take his birth again in this material world, but attains My eternal abode, O Arjuna.
