There is a very good reason I wrote this chapter in my book Vaisnava Amrta because it is to defend Srila Prabhupada Svarupa Bhava . Though I learned many things from Srila Narayana Maharaja I did not agree with the concept Srila Prabhupada is a manjari, this concept was also taught by Sivarama Swami, Saccinandana Swami, Bhurijana, Jadurani, Dhnudhara Swami, Giriraja Swami, and Tamal Krsna Maharaja, and many others that followed Srila Narayana Maharaja . I did not agree with what I considered the Gopi bhava club number 2.I am the original complainer about this Gopi Bhava club number 2 to the GBC, I told Bhakti Vikas Swami what I saw and he took it to the GBC he also did not like it . Another of my objections was that none of the Gopi bhava club members number 2 did not chant 64 rounds daily as instructed by Srila Narayana Maharaja and also by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada and our acaryas is a preliminary qualification for raganuga bhakti,I this chapter I have set it straight that Srila Prabhupada from his own words could either be a priya Sakha in Vrindavana or a priya Narma Sakha
The Priya Sakhas are cowherd boys that mostly have little to nothing to do with Radha Krsna's pastime on a closer level all they do is cowherd boys. The priya narma Sakhas however bring messages between Krsna and the gopis also and thus participate in both words of the Sakhas and assist in Radha Krsna's pastimes.
Many may not agree but this is what I have realized, and the official ISKCON position on Srila Prabhupada is still Srila Prabhupada is a cowherd boy.Srila Prabhupada personally told mother Govinda: My Guru Maharaja is a manjari but I am a cowherd boy.SO I find it of utter importance to defend Srila Prabhupada's own words on this

Srila Prabhupada: Saktyavesa and Sakhya-rasa

When he was going to America, on the journey he expressed his feeling to play with Krishna in sakhya-rasa: kata bane chutachuti bane khai lutaputi sei din kabe habe mor, “Running and frolicking in the many forests of Vraja, I will roll on the ground in spiritual ecstasy. O when will that day be mine?” This was his “Prayer to the Lotus Feet of Krishna.” When he was passing through the Atlantic, he gave vent to feelings that may be the salient points in his Vraja lila. It struck me like that, Vrindavana sakhya-rasa.
When he departed from this consciousness of worldly preaching propaganda, then he is there. It is clearly expressed in these sayings there in the Atlantic. He discovered the unmanifest (aprakata) pastimes in Vrindavana, and in Vrindavana, he established Krishna-Balarama and Gaura-Nitai. That is indicative of sakhya-rasa. From this, we can conclude that he is in sakhya-rasa, and he has entered into those pastimes. This is my understanding about his present position. He has expressed himself, his eternal position, the acme of his aspiration. In Vrindavana he has established Balarama and Krishna and Nitai-Gaura, and he is saying like that, Nitai-Gaura are Krishna and Balarama. It’s almost clear that he comes from that group. And now he’s again there. Hare Krishna.
He expressed his own position in eternal lila in his poem. I conjecture like that. Hare Krishna! In his diary, in Bengali, he wrote, “Today I cooked some bati-caccari. It was quite delicious. So I ate something. Today I expressed my inner feelings to my friend and wrote a poem about that.”
And that friend came to his aid. He was so earnest in his prayer to Krishna that he might be able to discharge the duty that had been given to him by his Guru Mahåråja that Krishna came down to help him, his friend helped him in this propaganda work. So saktyavesa-avatara. I take him; I cannot but take him to be so.
Addressing Krishna he wrote, “You are my eternal friend. Forgetting you, I have come to this world and I have been suffering the kicking of Maya, the goddess of misconception. If you come to help me in this campaign, then after finishing this I can again join you. When I shall be united with you again. I shall wander along with you the whole day in keeping the cows in the forest. Running this side and that side in the jungle, in the forest. And then, lutaputi, to fall on the ground in different shows of play. I aspire after that day. I have got this good chance to serve my Gurudeva. For that reason, my heartfelt appeal to You is that You please come to help me. I am Your eternal servitor; therefore, so much aspiration I have got for You. You, no other, are my only resort.”
So after performing this service, he aspires after a life in the cow-keeping lila of Krishna, and he is appreciating that sort of friendly service of Krishna very much from the core of his heart, his aspiration after finishing his worldly preaching campaign.
I take it that Nityananda Prabhu has given some special recognition to the section of the suvarna-vanik community from which Swami Maharaja has come. He has special grace for that particular section and the preaching about Gauranga, and this is mentioned in the scriptures. The suvarna-vanik are the most favorite section of Nityananda Prabhu. It is mentioned in the sastra, Caitanya-bhagavata. I thought that Nityananda Prabhu is also in charge of preaching about Mahaprabhu’s glory. So I took it that Nityananda Prabhu must have awakened some special dedication in him in his last days which helped him to inundate with such an inconceivable magnitude, the whole of the world.(end)
Though we ISKCON devotees were never allowed to associate with Srila Sridhara Maharaja I have always shared a great admiration for him, Srila Prabhupada once wrote everything I know I learned from Srila Sridhara Maharaja and my Guru Maharaja. I once visited HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami he showed me his tap collection of all Srila Prabhupada's and Srila Sridhara Swamis lectures he had a great admiration for Srila Bhakti Raksaka Sridhara Maharaja (he showed to Mukunda Prabhu (former Ekendra ) and myself.I strongly feel this is the proper Siddhanta.I have not included this speech by Srila Sridhara Swami in my book, but to me, it is very important and he shared the view of all devotees in ISKCON. SRILA PRABHUPADA IS A COWHERD BOY! Srila Prabhupada himself said it. How can you be in ISKCON if after Srila Prabhupada himself said I am cowherd boy in ISKCON?
If you do not accept Srila Prabhupada's own words you are simply a rascal number one, how can you dare think Srila Prabhupada is a manjari? Because you are a sahajiya that is the reason why some put forward these ideas . For this reason, I have written this chapter anyone with a brain can understand what is stated is sound. It is reality distinguished from illusion and fabricated nonsense. One of the first times I heard about Srila Prabhupada was a cowherd boy was from Devamrta Prabhu now Swami, Srila Prabhupada said that when I go back to Krsna I will wrestle with him and steal his lunch bag Srila Prabhupada said that,I believe the second time was from Krsna Ksetra Prabhu now Maharaja.I think it is clear

In the Vraja Vilasa Stava by Srila Raghunath das Goswami he is glorified in this way”: TEXT 22 Filled with deep love for him, and anxious that they may be separated, Subala never, even in a dream, lets go of the hand of Sri Krsna, the moon of Gokula. Subala’s heart is sprinkled with the waters of the swiftly moving mountain stream of devotion to Srimati Radhika. I offer my respectful obeisances to Subala whose body trembles with love for Sri Sri Radha-Krsna.” Where was Srila Prabhupadas main temple in Vrindavan, Krna Balarama? You can read the 10 Canto and see how Srila Prabhupada was fully absorbed in those lilas, killing of Aghasura and Brahma Vimohana Lila. Nothing is an accident. or takes place by change. Would Radha and Krsna not have Srila Prabhupada finished the translation of the Rasa lila, and such lilas of Krsna and the Gopis if that was his Sthaiya Bhava? When Srila Prabhupada was on Jaladuta and he had heart attacks how did he meditate on Vrindavan: O dear friend, in Your company I will experience great joy once again. In the early morning I will wander about the cowherd pastures and fields. Running and frolicking in the many forests of Vraja, I will roll on the ground in spiritual ecstasy. O when will that day be mine? Today that remembrance of You came to me in a very nice way. Because I have a great longing I called to You. I am Your eternal servant and therefore I desire Your association so much. O Lord Krsna, except for You there is no other means of success. yes given Srila Prabhupada also wrote: I emphatically say to you, O brothers, you will obtain your good fortune from the Supreme Lord Krsna only when Srimati Radharani becomes pleased with you. He is adressing Krsna as Sakha-dear Cowherd boy and Bhai: brother the whole mood is sakha and priya narma Sakha. The argument that Srila Prabhuapadas Guru is Nayana Manjari, so as such he should also be a manjari is false. Gauri das Pandit had a disciple Hridaya Caitanya who was both in Sakhya bhava (Gauri das Pandit being Subal himself), but Hrday Caitanya disciple was Dukhi Krsna das that later became Shyamananda Pandit, and on who Radharani Herself placed Her Tilaka mark. The question of ones sthiya bhava is revealed by bhakti and confirmed by the advanced sadhus or Guru. We should not rubber stamp that everyone is a manjari and beyond manjari bhava there is no other Rasa, Goloka is not only full of manjaris. Yes some many become Manjaris, but it is not for all. Some devotees will never desire it, but will desire very much to follow the sakhas, as ordinary sakhas or priyanarma sakhas. All the main associates of Lord Nityananda Prabhu was priya narmas sakhas, that a sena pati devotee predicted by Lord Nitayanada Prabhu was a follower of the mood given by Lord Nityananda prabhu, Sakhya Bhava is not strange at all but makes 72 perfect sense. That those aspiring for manjari bhava may want to see Srila Prabhupada in manjari bhava is another story, this can happen as mentioned in Jaiva dharma, where the 2 disciples sees their Guru according to their specific rasa…but it does not change the fact that Srila Prabhupada is a priya narma sakha. I have no doubt about it for a second. If I am wrong Srila Prabhupada is not a priya narma Sakha then he is a Priya Sakha, but Srila Prabhupada his whole life worshipped Sri Sri Radha Krsna and it makes no sense to me Srila Prabhupada would not be a priya narma Sakha, I humbly believe he showed us clearly by his various statements his desire to be a sakha, I heard from my early days in ISKCON Srila Prabhupada said that I will steal Krsnas lunch bag and I will wrestle with Krsna. Srila Prabhupada once had a revelation of Srila Rupa Manjari in bhajan Kutir at Radha Damodara and Srila Rupa Goswami told him to fulfill the instruction of his Gurudeva and distribute transcendental literature May be an image of 1 person
