GBC Resolution of 1975 number 5 states:
“5) Resolved: The selection of GBC members is that Srila Prabhupada will nominate, and if there is a discrepancy, His Grace will change him. There will be no elections, and the present GBC member will remain.”
Akruranath Prabhu patiently explained this, and I thank him for that where as some others wanted to stuff it down my throat without providing the evidence. So I can accept that GBC resolution, but the question remains why would Satsvarupa still go to Srila Prabhupada in 1977 and ask the same question? And Srila Prabhupada seemed to have ignored the ... question, maybe becaused he really wanted the DOM? So after 1975 did the GBC take over the power really and replaced themselves with all authority ?
Well it is obviously not so, but Srila Prabhupada never had the legal documents of 1970 and 1974 nullified, so why could we not consider implementing them? And secondly while Srila PRabhupada was present he could choose to replace anyone .But in his absence who has such power? If elections is done locally to replace the TP every 3 years or so as Srila Prabhupada suggested in the DOM, it would limit abuse big time( and those who do a great job could be reelected why not) .And the regionally the TP's elect what GBC they want , it makes perfect sense .However since Srila Prabhupada did not enforce the DOM, there is testimony by many older devotees like Trivikrama ,and Basu Ghosh that this systems stands from the1975 GBC resolution .However my question is
with all the financial improprieties, where a GBC. sannyasi and TP can control finances in a temple, and reward themselves a huge salary as is done in ISKCON in some places. The DOM should be still be implement for the welfare of ISKCON and for justice and liberty. ISKCON is a non profit religious organization and as this is being abused, and sometimes philosophical deviations are allowed in ISKCON, such as taking grains on Visnutattva appearance days, the DOM should be implemented if it stops corruption and deviations. If a sannyasi can embrace a woman, have personal bank accounts ,even lend money to disciples then something is wrong....ISKCON is nonprofit, and
if a devotee like myself can be asked to leave a temple because I oppose demigod worship and a TP enriching himself, which was a fact that can be proven ,if the GBC allows Satya Narayana pujas and after the GBC law is passed against it and it still goes on then all such GBC men should resign.
How come a dishonest sannyasi making money of his position is not forced out ? This is corruption.

A few years back one GBC member was almost chastising me that he made sure a good new local TP was getting in place ,this boy later showed his true colors:"He was Gay"
Yes better to worry about our internal KC and chant 64 rounds daily and read Prabhupadas books and distribute them..but as long as I live I will speak out about corruption when it is there and when there is philosophical deviations.
I will never just become a "yea sayer" to all things, we have to use our intelligence in Srila Prabhupadas and Krsnas service
For the record,in 1982 -83 I opposed selling records, I opposed painting business in 1984, child abuse and molestation in 86, twoTP's enriching themselves with temple money, 1992 the Gopi bhava club
,1995 Satya Narayana pujas, Garbha dance, Ramacarita manasa readings.2005 the taking grains on Visnutattva apperance days, 2006 TP getting salary. 2008 some Sannyasis enriching themselves
(for those who are honest sannyasis this is a crime)Sannyasa and personal wealth is a black spot on their reputation, this is the opinion of Lord Gauranga Himself.

PS running gift shops by TP's where 100% or mainly all laxmi does not go to the Temple is also illegal, otherwise if it is allowed the temple should get 50% of the profit and the rest should be claimed with income taxes in that country.,then that TP can benefit that way.Otherwise he should go get a job.because Srila Prabhupada said those who want wealth should go get a job...this should include all GBC's and sannyasis even.

Prabhupada: YOU TAKE PRASADAM. BUT WHY SALARY? WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF SALARY? WHERE IS VAIRAGYA, RENOUNCEMENT? SO IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES THE SALARY PROCESS SHOULD BE STOPPED. ONE WHO WANTS SALARY, HE CAN WORK OUTSIDE

"These are the characteristics of sādhu, not a sādhu having a dress like a sannyāsī and accompanied by three dozen women. No. Sādhavaḥ, their business is to preach."
Srila Prabhupada

if you see a picture or a real live a Guru and sannyasi with many women surrounding them (mostly there will be no men in sight),know this to be irreligous,
Sulocana Prabhu wrote before he was killed
(I like his prognosis of this disease):

27."SEXYASIS" AND "SEXYASINIS"

There is no possibility for a real sannyasi to take charge of a woman. If someone things there is, then he is no sannyasi. For all practical purposes, women need a real live husband. It doesn't mean that they can't have a relationship to a bona fide guru any more than it means ... they can't have a relationship to Krsna. The spiritual relationship is most definitely there, but without a husband, the chances a woman practically realizing that relationship is next to nil. Therefore Srila Prabhupada never encouraged sannyasinis. Without husbands, their minds would simply be agitated, and there is no possibility of significant spiritual advancement in that condition. So Srila Prabhupada continually urged the women to be chaste Vedic wives. But had he discriminated against women in regard to initiation, they likely would not have tolerated it. So Srila Prabhupada initiated both the men and women. His initiating women, and his giving sannyasa to unqualified men, can be seen as similar time and circumstance adjustments. Men with sex desire are not "sannyasis" and wives not devoted to their husbands, are not wives. They both have only half a body. New names have to be invented for these two groups of Kali-yuga disciples. These are our suggestions. Men who are too immature to get married, but are still full of sex desire and so need a stick to carry around with them so they can be respected, should be called "sexyasis." Women who hate men, and would rather live on welfare, or would rather devote themselves to a sexyasi than their husbands, may be called "sexyasinis."

"Recently I have received from one Sannyasi complaint about another Sannyasi who is not chanting regularly. So our view is that we shall be strictly following the rules and regulations. Monetary matters are secondary. On principle, we should better starve than neglect our rules and regulations. We are trying to present an ideal society to the world... , so although we are very rigidly following these principles, still, we are very liberal to everyone. For this reason we are being appreciated everywhere. So anyway, I am not at all dissatisfied with you, but it is my duty to point out the mistakes. You are in charge of the Germany organization. Please do it nicely there, not very much on the material side, more on the spiritual side. Example is better than precept. Everyone of you must be the perfect examples, then everyone will follow." (Hamsadutta, 4/11/710

"Simply become more concerned with increasing the spiritual content of our lives, and in this way all other problems like management will be easily solved, not that they can be solved by making some legal formula and having big, big meeting and talks. The politicians have been holding such meetings and talks for some time now and the world is no better place for it, and they have only made things worse
(Srila Prabhupada)

bhagavad-bhakta matrei pratyaha laksa-nama grahana karibena natuva

Lord Gauranga continued – “Those who consider themselves devotees of the
Lord must compulsorily chant 100,000 names everyday otherwise they
will gradually but surely become attached to varieties... of sense-
objects and thus become incapable to rendering any kind of service to
the Lord.”

this is the instruction of Lord Caitanya
Chaitanya-bhagavata Madhya Khanda 9.121-122

The DOM could also harm ISKCON, but how do we get rid of corruption and salary system in ISKCON?And if the system allowed by Srila Prabhupada in 1975, how do we prevent any further mistakes or anything that will interfere with ISKCON's growth?
