Srila Sridhara Swami was an exalted vaisnava and the formost sannyasa disciple of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada during his presence, and a close friend and godbrother of Srila Prabhupada.

I was very happy when one year the GBC told ISKCON devotees to not make offences to Srila Sridhara Swami.Anyone that knows who Srila Sridhara Swami really was will always respect him.Srila Prabhupada helped finance his book

Anyone that reads this book can understand the exalted nature of Srila Sridhara Swami.Recently one devotee stated that Srila Prabhupada once said he was the best of his godbrothers (best of the lot) but that is actually praise not chastisement.

Once when I visited  an ISKCON sannyasi that is now passed he showed us all his tapes of Sridhara Swami that he used to listen to.

( He also had all Srila Prabhupadas lectures)

There is so much narrowminded sectarian views ,due to kanistha bhakti so I thought I should share this .My Gurudev Srila Narayana Maharaja also had very high regards for Srila Sridhara Swami.I had the fortune to see him once and hear a few words from his holy lips, he made a huge impression on me, but devotees where not allwoed to go and see him...and those who did was expelled from ISKCON to even having met Srila Raksaka Sridhara Swami...well hopefully we have learned a few things since 1982 ..?????
