things you might not know about Sri Advaita Acarya
Fasting for Advaita Acaryas apperance day
First of all His appearance is a fasting day ,, who ever takes grains on His apperance days are in mild term ignorant and in more heavy words a demon ,,because no proper devotee of Sri Advaita Acarya takes grains on His Holy apperanceday .Srila Prabhupada observed Advaita AstamSaptami with Ekadasi prasadam in the evening after fasting all day.Mother Govinda was worried Srila Prabhupada fasted so strictly in his old age..He said I am the Acarya for ISKCON if I do not set the example who will? SO yes we should follow Srila Prabhupadas example ,even if some GBCs do not follow Srila Prabhupada we should many TPs and GBCs are ignorant of the fasting standard .
Nowadays in Gaudiya Math is fasting half day and then Ekadasi Prasadam also called Anukalpa,,it is better than taking grains ,,I have quoted so many times from Sastra one can not go back to Godhead if one takes grains on Visnutattva days .
Accdoring to Gaura Ganodessa Dipika Sri Advaita Acarya Prabhu is in Sakya Rasa,, and we seee how He always joked with Lord Nityananda Prabhu in that mood ,, on Janmastamis Lord Caitanya and the Panca Tattva dressed themseves as cowhered boys and enjoyed that mood ,,that is explained in CC
Sri Advaita Acarya called Lord Caitanya to this world
If we read Caitanya Caritamrta , Caitanya Bhagavata etc it is very clear. One book Sri Advaita Prakash that was translated in ISKCON by HH Subhag Swami is written by Advaita Acaryas servant Isana Thakura,, Mother Saci also had a servant Isana Thakura but they are different.I recommend reading it careful ,,Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada apperantly pointed to a few discrepancies in the book but never told devotees not to read it .
The beard and hair issue?
I posted yesterday Srila Bhaktisidhanta Prabhupada said Advaita Acarya was shaven headed,, and had not beard,, in his commentary fo Caitanya Bhagavata,,this likely refers to when Lord Caitanya took Sannyasa,, because from what I have read Lord Caitanyas devotees many of them also shaved their heads like the SUpreme Lord .
Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura wrote an article showing clearly Advaita Acarya had hair in Navadvipa otherwise why could Lord Caitanya pull Him by the hair when He pretended to teach Mayavadi philosophy?
In Jagannath Puri is a 500 years old Panca tattva temple there all 5 of the Panca tattvas have shaved head ,, but in Navadvipa we see for example in Srivasangam Panca Tattva has long hair all of them
Advaita Prakash was written by Sri Isana Thakura on the requests on Sri Advaita Acaryas 2 wifes, Sita Thakurani and her sister Sridevi that are both incarnations of Yoga Maya .
on my page Sastra Caksusa I have analyzed each chapter of Advaita Prakash I have also analyzed the few mistakes Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada found ,,one is in relation to one of the sons of Srila Advaita Acarya .

1) He, who brought the treasure of divine love and who was filled with compassion and mercy--where has such a personality as Advaita Acarya gone?
2) Where are my Svarupa Damodara and Rupa Gosvami? Where is Sanatana? Where is Raghunatha Dasa, the savior of the fallen?
3) Where are my Raghunatha Bhatta and Gopala Bhatta, and where is Krsnadasa Kaviraja? Where did Lord Gauranga, the great dancer, suddenly go?
4) I will smash my head against the rock and enter into the fire. Where will I find Lord Gauranga, the reservoir of all wonderful qualities?
5) Being unable to obtain the association of Lord Gauranga accompanied by all of these devotees in whose association He performed His pastimes, Narottama Dasa simply weeps.
