When I became a Guru !
In Gaudiya math they say as soon you wish to become a Guru you become a Gauru,,cow ,,so I never wanted to be someones Guru ,but I have brought many souls to devotional service from Karmi life over my devotional life,, so being someone Vartama Pradaksa Guru is nothing new.. when you are Bhakta Leader and Sankirtana leader and TP you also sometimes or often take responsibility as a Guru ,,even as a husband and father one is a Guru,, Lord Rrsabhadev also said do not become a Guru unless you can liberate those dependent on you ,do not become a father mother or worshipable demigod if you can not liberate those dependent on you /My Gurudeva Srila Narayana Maharaja also taught me no one should be a Guru who does not chant 64 rounds daily of the Mahamantra because this is Lrod Chaitanya's standard,,if you can not complete 64 rounds daily you are Patita a fallen person ,this was stated also by Lord Caitanya in Caitanya Bhagavata. But nowaways most do not read and understand Chaitanya Bhagavata,,, it is not Srila Prabhupadas book so we do not read it.Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada read and commented on Caitanya Bhagavata and read it over 100 times .So I had some disciples and they could not complete 16 rounds daily and follow 4 regs and strictly observe fasting days,, one disciple said Gurudeva,, why I have to fast always ,,but this reflects a mentality in ISKCON ,,many take grains on Visnutattva days because of their deep ignorance and laziness and being overcome by Kali Yuga personified they especially do not fast for Lord Nityananda Prabhu and Lord Balarama and then by making offenses to Lord Balarama by not observing His apperance day ,,how can they have any spiritual strength..all the socalled disciples except for 3 are still chanting 16 rounds and following 4 regs, some are struggling to do even that ,,at present I have no contact with any of them,,some left to again become Karmis ,,one left his wife and got a Bhaktin pregnant and then when I chastised him he denounced me soon he took drugs again and died of an over dose,, the result of Guru Aparadha..and weakness of heart and rebellious behavior.Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada said and wrote that those not chanting 64 rounds daily will fall down from Bhakti because they neglect Lord Caitanyas order,,I have made a GBC proposal in the past ,that unless ISKCON leaders take to chanting 64 rounds daily they will deviate and fall down one after the other ad finitum ,,means unlimitedly ..and we have seen this year how Giriraja Swami and Tribikrama Swami fell down from Bhakti ,,I had actually warned them both ,, that a Guru should chant 64 rounds daily and instruct disciples to do the same,When Srila Prabhupada tried to introduce 64 rounds his neophyte disciples rejected it as to much ,, but this is Lord Caitanyas instruction ,, so Srila Prabhupada gave in ,,ok you are to fallen to chant 64 rounds daily at least do 16 and follow 4 regulative principles..I became a Guru because my Guru Srila Narayana Maharaja had faith in me and asked those disciples that was approached for being someone Guru take up that responsibility ,,I remember in 1985 when I made one lady from Denmark a devotee, I told her please do not take initiation from Harikesa Swami who was my Guru ,, so she took from Jagadish Swami ,because she wanted to be a Guru kula teacher and felt his help would be needed,, he eventually left ISKCON and married a female disciple and stole her from his husband , and I know because he told me the whole story how his wife was seduced by Jagadish socalled Swami his socalled Guru ,,they are from Italy .We see how these Gurus where fake and fallen in the long run ,so when Lord Caitanya says chant 64 rounds rounds or you will fall down why hesitate :? Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada wrote those who do not take to chanting 64 rounds will not attain anything auspicious in their spiritual life because they neglect Mahaprabhus order to chant 64 rounds daily..I hope i never have to become someones Guru again ,, what is the use,, they will never chant 64 rounds ,, this said I had a Siksa disciple from Armenia Miniketana Rama Prabhu he started chant 64 rounds when I pushed him but since the war with Ukraine I never heard from him again,, not sure if Russia allows emails to be send the day the war with Ukraine started his email was blocked and his facebook account no long available ..so I hope Putin did not send him to war and get killed ,, I had warned him if the war comes or before go back to Armenia and do not pursue Russian citizenship ,,his wife is from Russia ,,,so I pray for him he is still chanting 64 rounds daily ,he also daily chanted Jagannath astakam and Balarama prayers and Kavachas i gave him and 1000 names of Lord Balarama ,,please pray for Miniketana Rama ,, at least he took to the teachings of Lord Caitanya to daily chant 64 rounds so I am sure Lord Caitanya is protecting him,,my Guru Srila Narayana Maharaja made it clear you are not a bonafide disciple if you are not chanting 64 rounds daily and avoiding Nama Aparadha, and then how can anyone become a Guru withour being a bonafide disciple..Srila Prabhupada told Srila Narayana Maharaja the day before he left this world ,,I have caught a net fill of monkeys try to help them (referring to his disciples ) Srila Narayana Maharaja only taught those who came to him ,,and only if you where sincere would he press the 64 rounds again and again,.He told me so many times chaint minimum 64 rounds ,,since 1989 and in 1998 when I took reinitiation he said you name is Paramananda das chant 64 rounds daily as instruced by Lord Caitanya ,,and all His associates and remember Krsna is Paramananda HE givesSupreme bliss to His devotees .I tried to teach devotee to chant 64 rounds as instructed by my Gurudeva,, otherwise I had no desire to be anyones Guru,, if they can take to chanting 64 rounds ,then I can try to teach other wise just wasting my time
