Subject: Brahmananda and Premananda

Brahmananda and Premananda ,I recall in 1977 when I also started to read Bhagavad Gita as it is in German , my friend Gerd from Germany was my Varta Pradaksa Guru ,because he introduced me not only to Srila Prahbupadas Bhagavad Gita but also to Kriya yoga and Pranayama, so I was doing some breathing excercises with him sometimes all satudays and sundays and we would also chant Hare Krsna while walking in nature.I recall while doing some of the Pranayama you have this experience of Brahmananda how your soul feels how all energies are one and there is just like a white light , but I was not happy ,with this experience alone , but I did have some realizations how all beings are Brahmas spirit souls so it helped me understand Bhagavad Gita 2 chapter also, but I recall my first time on Harinama in Sweden in 1979 I truly experienced this Premananda ,the kirtan in the temple was blissful but on Harinama it because even more potent with 100 devotees going out and chanting sincerely for 3 hours ,so hearing the lecture of Gaura Govinda Swami and seeing this quote this comes to mind

Such one then nectarean mellow, premananda, is relished. In front of such relishment, brahmananda is most insignificant. This premănanda is like an unlimited ocean and brahmananda is just a speck only." Lecture on Caitanya-caritamrta adi-lila 9.47-48 --The Mood of Bhubaneswar April 24, 1992 https://yo
