Srila Svarupa Damodara dispparance day

dear devotees
Please accept my humble obaisences
All glories to Sri Guru and Gauranga
All glories to Srila Prabhupada
Today is the holy disappearance day of Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswami .He is Lalita devi incarnated in Gaura lila .He was assisting Lord Caitanya in so many ways in Jagannatha Puri , he would screen letters and offerings being brought to Lord Caitanya Himself. He would assist Lord Caitanya in His mood of separation from Krsna.Lord Caitanya was in the mood of Sri Radha and feeling Her vipralabha bhava mood of separation from Krsna ,He is Krsna Himself actually combined form of Radha Krsna .Sri Krsna Caitanya Radha Krsna nahe anya ...so Lalitadevi is there to assist Krsna ,Svarupa Damodara Goswami assisting Lord Caitanya ,to experience the love of separation from Krsna. My beloved Gurudeva Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja would often sing the Gopi Gita from Srimad Bhagavatam the Gopis crying out for Krsna in separation .He had this kind of mood. We can go back to Godhead in different ways one is Krpa siddhi , we are always praying for this mercy just like in the bhajan Gurudeva krpa bindhu diya ,by the mercy of Guru we get Krsna. But also Srila Visvanath Chakravati Thakura has so mercifully given us a prayer to Lord Caitanya and Svarupa Damodara Goswami :

TRANSLATION

1) "Svarupa Damodara, he is yours." With these words affectionately marked with a smile and making Raghunatha dasa so happy the hairs of his body stood erect, Lord Gauracandra gave a sign of His deep love in that secluded place. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

2) "Svarupa Damodara, how did Rupa Gosvami understand the wound in My heart? Read this verse he wrote about it on this palm leaf." Speaking these words, the Lord made Rupa Gosvami's heart tremble with ecstatic love. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

3) "Svarupa Damodara, among these aspiring devotees you have not selected one worthy to explain the most exalted parakiya-rasa." With a glance the Lord then singled out the astonished Sanatana Gosvami. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

4) "Svarupa Damodara, I made the entire universe chant Lord Hari's name. Why can I not make this son of Sivananda Sena chant?" By speaking these words the Lord transformed that child into a great poet. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

5) "Svarupa Damodara, let the lotus-eyed gopis describe the nectar stream that flows in Vraja. My ears yearn for that stream, which is born from intense jealous love. Here is the jealous goddess of fortune! Look!" Speaking in this way, may Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

6) "Svarupa Damodara, you are a temple of nectar! You are the home of My happiness! Here in Jagannatha Puri you are My Vraja!" Speaking these words and embracing him, the Lord overwhelmed Svarupa Damodara, making the hairs of his body stand up in ecstasy. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

7) "Svarupa Damodara, what did I see?"

"Where, my Lord?"

"In a dream at night."

"Tell me, what was it, my Lord."

"It was a youth that was a monsoon cloud."

"What did He do? Do You see Him now?"

"He has not left My sight."

May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

8) "Svarupa Damodara, why does smiling Krsna not come before My eyes? O Friend, why does He not extend His hand to Me?" Again and again He runs, stumbles, sighs, and trembles. May Lord Gauracandra eternally shine in my heart.

9) Lord Caitanya makes a saintly devotee who daily reads these eight wonderful and confidential verses glorifying Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and filled with the nectar pastimes of the Lord with Svarupa Damodara Gosvami taste the sweetness of deep love for His lotus feet. He makes him a personal associate of Svarupa Damodara.

We follow in the lotusfootsteps of Srila Raghunath Das goswami that was given to the lotusfeet of Svarupa Damodara Goswami ,he has prayed:

mad-isa-nathatve vraja-vipina-candram vraja-vane-
svarim tan-nathatve tad-atula-sakhitve tu lalitam
visakham siksali-vitarana-gurutve priya-saro-
girindrau tat-preksa-lalita-rati-datve smara manah
O mind, please meditate on Krsna, the moon of Vraja forest, as the Lord of my controller, Srimati Radharani. And please meditate upon Srimati Radharani, the queen of Vraja forest, as Krsna’s controller. Also please meditate upon Lalita as the peerless friend of Radha and Krsna, Visakha as the guru who teaches Them many things, and Radha-kunda and Govardhana Hill as two places the mere sight of which bestows charming transcendental love for the divine couple.

yadiccher avasam vraja-bhuvi sa-ragam prati-janur
yuva-dvandvam tac cet paricaritum arad abhilase
svarupam sri-rupam sa-ganam iha tasyagrajam api
sphutam premna nityam smara nama tada tvam srnu manah
. O Mind, just listen to me! If you desire to reside in Vraja birth after birth, and if you desire to directly serve the divine youthful couple there with great attraction, then with intense love always remember and bow down to Srila Svarupa Damodara Gosvami; to Srila Rupa Gosvami and his elder brother, Srila Sanatana Gosvami; and to all their associates and followers.

so actually Srila Raghunath das Goswami has prayed first to Svarupa Damodara Goswami but also to Sri Lalita devi that is his Gopi form ,and nitya svarupa .(this is from Manah siksa)

So much can be said but who will understand ? One who offers this prayer to Sri Gauranga and invoking the mercy of Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswami will get the shelter of the lotusfeet of Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswami this is called Kripa siddhi , so Srila Visvanath chakravati has made it easy for us to take shelter of Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswamis lotusfeet.

Srila Narotama das Thakura has sung :
ye anila prema-dhana karuna prachura
hena prabhu kotha gela acharya thakura [1]
Where has Advaita Acharya, the Lord who mercifully brought the wealth of divine love to this world, gone?
kaha mora svarupa rupa kaha sanatana
kaha dasa raghunatha patita-pavana [2]
Where are my Svarup, Rupa, and Sanatan? Where is my Raghunath Das? Where are the saviours of the fallen souls?
kaha mora bhatta-yuga kaha kaviraja
eka-kale kotha gela gora nata-raja [3]
Where are my Raghunath Bhatta and Gopal Bhatta? Where is my Krishadas Kaviraj? Where has the great dancer Sri Gauranga suddenly gone?
pasane kutiba matha anale pasiba
gauranga gunera nidhi kotha gele paba
I will break my head on a rock, I will enter into fire—where shall I go to reach the reservoir of all qualities, Sri Gauranga?
se saba sangira sange ye kaila vilasa
se sanga na pana kande narottama dasa [5]
Not finding the association of Sri Gauranga, who performed His Pastimes with all these associates, Narottam Das weeps.

Where is my Svarupa Damodara, my Rupa and Sanatana Goswami and wher is my Raghunath das Goswami

These are the moods how we must also cry out for the mercy of Svarupa Damodara Goswami .How Srila Bhaktivnoda Thakura and Gaura Gadadhara is linked to Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswami is another esoteric discussion .But who has interest in these matter ,so sad age we live in , but such mercy we have been given .Srimad Bhagavatam has not described anyone of the status of Svarupa Damodara Goswami ,the name of Sri Radha is not even mentioned only in a hidden way.So Srila Narayana Maharaja also explained these things to his disciples and Srila Prabhuapda has given some deep understanding also about Svarupa Damodara Goswami but you have to luck deep in the Caitanya Caritamrta and you will find .
Sadly my heart is a stone so no tears of love are flowing for Srila Svarupa Damodara Goswami ,but my Gurudeva had such love .So I have written these things to remind my steal framed heart , Srimad Bhagavatam has stated one may chant the holy name again and again but unless ones offences are gone there will be no tears in the eyes out of love for Sri Sri Gaura Nitai and Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundara ,Lialita and Visakha....
But we keep chanting Hare Krsna one day or many life times from now this love will manifest ,when all offences will cease
your servant
