The Hare Krishna temple in Western Copenhagen was recently assaulted by a group of young Muslims, throwing stones and breaking windows. To diminish the risk of confrontations with the Muslim-dominated neighborhood, the devotees of the temple are from now on requested to not wear their characteristic clothes outside the temple, in order to not provoke similar attacks in the future. Below is the original account of the attacks.

Dear devotees,
On 6.12.,20.45 the temple in Copenhagen was attacked by a group of gundas with obviously Muslim background. First stones were thrown against the front of the residential temple building, then the window in the mathaji asrama got broken.[TK], the temple president, called police instantly. A single police officer arived, took notice of the dammage and left again. Half an hour later a bigger group of the same attackers arived, again throwing stones, entering the garden, braking this time windows in the Tulasi room, all the bottom windows facing the street. Finaly they tried to brake into the house, seeking direct physical conflict.
It didnt took long to find out the possible background of this attack. (The temple was never exposed to such an incident before).
The same day two devotees, one of them living directly in the temple and the other outside, were biking closeby when they met on the street a car standing with open door. One passed, the other got blocked by the open door and complained. According to the statement of one of them he was directly attacked by the driver with a tool fetched from the car and as the other one came to his rescue, a fist fight started. Devotees sustained minor injuries. Finaly police arived at the scene and took record of the incident.
As the temple is located in a close Muslim neighbourhood, featuring a Muslim school, etc., it is quite possible that these two incidents are related. The police didnt make sofar this connection,but its obvious.
As matter of fact the involvement of the police was minimal sofar, it took them more a half an hour to arive and after the second attack they didnt come at all. If the attackers would manage to brake into the house, somebody could have been kiled as they were armed with baseball clubs and other weapons. As seeing from the window, most of them could have been even less as 18 years old and some of them couldnt even speak proper denish.
It can be only hoped that this incident was an act of momentarily rage and will not spark a long term enmity and chain of attacks from the local Muslim community. To find the leader of the gang and try to communicate with him is hardly possible. We cannot expect any protection from the police and so once again we are fully depending on the mercy of Sri Sri Goura Nitai and Lord Nrsimhadeva.

P.S. Please, if possible, lets help [TKP] as he will have to deal now with further police investigation, the insurance company and the repairs following this attack.
Further on devotees are requested to change possibly their devotee dress after leaving the temple property, as being seen in the vaisnava dress they may provoke in an uncontroled manner attacks from the local Muslims while walkig on the street. Incidents of this nature do happen. Even this one is based on individual improper behaviour of both parties, the driver and the devotees, the final attack was issued against anybody who could be identified as the memmber of the Hare Krsna movement. Lets hope these attacks will not escalate. Sofar nobody got injured, but it was a close call indeed.

In 1979 while distributing Srila Prabhupadas books in Copenhagen, 3 muslims attacked me and burned some of the books I was distributing ,right in front of the famous Tivoli in Copenhagen.Thus I have personal experience of fanatic and extremist muslims in Denmark. One Journalist from "Jyllands posten", was threatened to be killed due to some humor he made about muslims.The muslim religion has to sides to it ,a god and a bad side.The bad side are extremist Muslims and there is a another kinder muslim.I have written 2 articles about this.
My advise to the devotees there, maybe it is better to move to another location?I also recently noticed many muslims in the area when visiting the temple in Copenhagen in October.It could get ugly, and someone may get killed ,often the danish police is way to passive and will not give any protection. Police in Denmark mostly do not even carry a gun.
They come after the crime is done and is mostly not preventive in my experience...

Therefore you are going to hell; there is no way for your deliverance. TEXT 166 "Cow-killers are condemned to rot in hellish life for as many thousands of years as there are hairs on the body of the cow. TEXT 167 "There are many mistakes and illusions in your scriptures. Their compilers, not knowing the essence of knowledge, gave orders that were against reason and argument." Bhavisya Purana describes Muhammad or Maha Mada as an reincarnation of the demon Tripurasura
from Bhavisya Purana:
raatrau sa devaruupashca bahumaayavishaaradah paishaacam dehamaasthaaya bhojaraajam hi soabravit At night, he (Mohammad) of angelic disposition, this shrewd man in the guise of a Pishacha [a desert spirit or jinn], spoke to Bhoja Raja. aaryayadharmohi te raajansarvadharmottamah smritah iishaagyayaa karishyaami paishaaca dharma daarunam O Raja! Your Arya Dharma has been considered to be the best of all religions, but according to the commandments of the Supreme Controler, I shall enforce the strong creed of the Pishachas. lingacchedii shikhaahinah shmashrudhaari sa dushakah uccaalaapii sarva bhakshi bhavishyati jano mama My followers will see to it that men are circumcised and that they wear no shikha on their heads. Instead they will wear beards and behave against brahminical principles. They will call out loudly in their prayers. They will eat all things. binaa kaala caa pashavaasteshaaam bhakshyaa mataa mama naimusaleva samskaarah kushariva bhavishyati According to my teachings, they will eat all animals except swine. They will not seek purification by sitting on Kusha grass, rather their purification will come by warfare. (Musal). tasmaanmusalavanto hi jaatayo dharmadushakaah iti paishaaca dharmashca bhavishyati maya krutah They shall be known as Musal because of their battles with irreligious nations, and I shall be known as the originator of this pisaca-dharma.
So if some followers of Pisaca dharma attacks a Hare Krsna temple we should not be surprised.
Anyhow we pray ISKCON and all devotees may be protected from the muslims influences of those following the pisaca principle,
In the Narayana Kavacha it is stated: SB 6.8.23: Set into motion by the Supreme Personality of Godhead and wandering in all the four directions, the disc of the Supreme Lord has sharp edges as destructive as the fire of devastation at the end of the millennium. As a blazing fire burns dry grass to ashes with the assistance of the breeze, may thatSudarśana cakra burn our enemies to ashes. SB 6.8.24: O club in the hand of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, you produce sparks of fire as powerful as thunderbolts, and you are extremely dear to the Lord. I am also His servant. Therefore kindly help me pound to pieces the evil living beings known as Kuṣmāṇḍas, Vaināyakas, Yakṣas, Rākṣasas, Bhūtas and Grahas. Please pulverize them. SB 6.8.25: O best of conchshells, O Pāñcajanya in the hands of the Lord, you are always filled with the breath of Lord Kṛṣṇa. Therefore you create a fearful sound vibration that causes trembling in the hearts of enemies like the Rākṣasas, pramatha ghosts, Pretas, Mātās, Piśācas and brāhmaṇa ghosts with fearful eyes. SB 6.8.26: O king of sharp-edged swords, you are engaged by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Please cut the soldiers of my enemies to pieces. Please cut them to pieces! O shield marked with a hundred brilliant moonlike circles, please cover the eyes of the sinful enemies. Pluck out their sinful eyes. SB 6.8.27-28: May the glorification of the transcendental name, form, qualities and paraphernalia of the Supreme Personality of Godhead protect us from the influence of bad planets, meteors, envious human beings, serpents, scorpions, and animals like tigers and wolves. May it protect us from ghosts and the material elements like earth, water, fire and air, and may it also protect us from lightning and our past sins. We are always afraid of these hindrances to our auspicious life. Therefore, may they all be completely destroyed by the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra.
and we can preach to the pious Muslims as long as they do not manifest any pisaca mentality,and in muslim countries it can be risky...
of course Srimad Bhagavatam states in Kali yuga people are becoming like ghostly pisacas:
Śrīmad Bhāgavatam12.3.39-40
anāvṛṣṭi-bhayāturāḥ
SYNONYMS
nityam — constantly; udvigna — agitated; manasaḥ — their minds; durbhikṣa — by famine; kara — and taxes; karśitaḥ — emaciated; niranne — when there is no food to be found; bhū-tale — upon the surface of the earth; rājan — O King Parīkṣit; anāvṛṣṭi — of drought; bhaya — because of fear; āturāḥ — anxious; vāsaḥ — clothing; anna — food; pāna — drink; śayana — rest; vyavāya — sex; snāna — bathing; bhūṣaṇaiḥ — and personal ornaments; hīnāḥ — lacking; piśāca-sandarśāḥ — appearing just like ghostly demons; bhaviṣyanti — they will become; kalau — in the age of Kali; prajāḥ — the people.
TRANSLATION
In the age of Kali, people's minds will always be agitated. They will become emaciated by famine and taxation, my dear King, and will always be disturbed by fear of drought. They will lack adequate clothing, food and drink, will be unable to properly rest, have sex or bathe themselves, and will have no ornaments to decorate their bodies. In fact, the people of Kali-yuga will gradually come to appear like ghostly, haunted creatures.
