E viṣaye prabhura ājñā (The Lord’s Instruction on this Point)
(23)
śraddhāvān jane kara nāma upadeśa
nāma-mahimāya pūrṇa kara sarva-deśa
The Lord said, “You should instruct those with śraddhā about the Name. Spread the glories of the Holy Name to every place.
(24)
ucca saṅkīrtane kara śraddhāra pracāra
śraddhā labhi jīva kare sad-guru vicāra
“Perform saṅkīrtana loudly! Preach with śraddhā! When the jīvas attain some śraddhā, they will inquire from a genuine guru.
(25)
sad-guru nikaṭe kare śrī nāma grahaṇa
anāyāse pāya tabe kṛṣṇa-prema-dhana
“They will accept Śrī–nāma from a genuine guru, then they will easily attain the wealth of kṛṣṇa-prema.
(26)
cora veśyā śaṭha ādi pāpāsakta jane
chāḍāiyā pāpa mati dibe śraddhā dhane
“Make those people attached to pāpa such as thieves, prostitutes and charlatans give up even the thought of engaging in pāpa. Give them the wealth of śraddhā.
(27)
suśraddha haile dibe nāma upadeśa
ei rūpe nāma diyā tāra sarva-deśa
“When they attain real śraddhā, then teach them about the Name. In this way distribute the Holy Name everywhere.

Ei rūpa aparādhera phala (The Result of this Offence)

ihā nā kariyā yini dena nāma dhana
sei aparādhe tāṅra narake patana
“If one does not follow this way of distributing the treasure of the Holy Name, then one will fall into a hellish condition due to this offence.
(29)
nāma peye śiṣya kare nāma aparādha
tāhāte gurura haya bhakti-rasa bādha
“Giving the Name to such a disciple is a nāmāparādha. Due to this, the guru’s access to bhakti-rasa is blocked.
(30)
ei nāma aparādhe duṅhe śiṣya guru
narakete yāya ei aparādha uru
“Due to this nāmāparādha, the guru and disciple enter into a hellish situation. This is a great offence.”

Agre śraddhā-diyā nāma upadeśa dibe (Initially, One Should give Faith, Then One Can Give Instructions on the Name)

jagā mādhā prati tumi mahā-kṛpā kari
nāme śraddhā diyā nāma dile gaura-hari
“O Gaura-hari, You were extremely merciful to Jagāi and Mādhāi. You gave them śraddhā in the Name and then You granted them the Name itself. (4)
(4) The ancestors of the two brothers Jagadānanda and Mādhavānanda were the respected brāhmaṇa Rāya Dynasty of Śrīrāmapura. At that time, they lived in Navadvīpa-maṇḍala. Seeing these great debauchees, everyone called them Jagāi and Mādhāi.

adbhuta caritra tava sarva jaga-gaṇa
śraddhāya karuka anukaraṇa caraṇa
“Your activities are astounding. Everyone in this world should follow in Your footsteps with śraddhā.
(33)
bhakta pāda bhaktite vinoda yāhāra
hari-nāma-cintāmaṇi alaṅkāra tāra
Those who take pleasure in bhakti to the feet of the devotees are adorned with this Hari-nāma Cintāmaṇī.

iti śrī-hari-nāma-cintāmaṇau śraddhā-hīna jane nāmāparādha vicārau nāma
daśama paricchedaḥ
Thus ends the Tenth Chapter of Śrī Hari-nāma Cintāmaṇi
entitled ‘A Deliberation Upon the Offence to the Name Concerning Those Who Lack Śraddhā.’

Please note Jagai and Madhai became initiated by Lord Caitanya as explained in Caitanya Bhagavata and chanted 128 rounds daily 2 lahks

Shri Chaitanya-bhagavata Madhya Khanda 15.5,

ushah kale ganga-snana kariya nirjane;
dui laksha krishna-nama laya pratidine.

Purport by Shrila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura Prabhupada:

kathita ache, shri haridasa thakura pratyaha tina-laksha nama grahana karitena. jagai-madhai u pratyaha dui laksha nama grahana karitena. yanhara pratyaha laksha nama grahana karena na, tanhadera nivedita kona vastui shri chaitanyadeva grahana karena na. shri caitany-carananucara-gana pratyaha atyalpa pakshe laksha-nama grahana avasyei kariya thakena, natuva shri krishna tanhadera naivedya grahana na karaya bhagavad-ucchishta praptira vicare vyaghat ghate.

"It is well-known that Namacharya Shrila Haridasa Thakura used to chant 300,000 names daily. Jagai-Madhai also used to chant 200,000 names daily after being delivered by the Lord. Lord Chaitanyadeva does not accept any kind of offering (or vastu) from those who don't chant 100,000 names of Krishna daily, The followers surrendered to the lotus of Lord Chaitanya compulsorily chant a bare minimum of 100,000 names daily. If they don't do so Lord Shri Krishna will not accept any of their offerings and thus they will be obstructed or remain unsuccessful in their attempt to obtain the transcendental remanants (prasadam) of the Lord."

.Jagai and Madhai are incarnationes of Jaya and Vijaya that where demons for 3 birth during Satya Yuga they became Hiranyakasipu and Hiranykasa .
Gaura Ganodessa Dipika states:
93. Lord Caitanya Himself did not accept that Ramacandra Puri was the incarnation of Vibhisana, but the Lord himself said that Ramacandra Puri was the empowered incarnation of Srimati Radharani s mother-in-law Jatila. This Ramacandra Puri restricted Lord Caitanya in His acceptance of alms. Rcika Muni s son Brahma Mahatapah, and Prahlada Maharaja combined to appear as Haridasa Thakur in Lord Caitanya's pastimes. 94/95. In the book Caitanya-carita, Murari Gupta explains that one morning Mahatapah gave an unwashed tulasi leaf to his father, who became so angry at him for this that he cursed him. Because of this Mahatapah took birth in a yavana family as the great devotee Haridasa Thakura.
So Prahlada Maharaja is Haridas Thakura and Jaya and Vijaya became Jagai and Madhai , after their initiation they became Jagannatha and Madhava Prabhus ,Gaura Ganodesse Dipika states :
115. Jaya and Vijaya, the two doorkeepers of Vaikunthaloka, voluntarily appeared in Lord Caitanya s pastimes as the two devotees Sri Jagannatha and Sri Madhava.
So really Prahlada Maharaja was Haridas Thakura and Prahlada Maharajas father Hiranyakasipu was one of these two brothers Jagai and Madhai .You remember how Prahlada Maharaja prayed to Lord Narasimha for Hiranyakasipu :
SB 7.10.15-17
śrī-prahrāda uvāca
varaṁ varaya etat te
varadeśān maheśvara
yad anindat pitā me
tvām avidvāṁs teja aiśvaram
viddhāmarṣāśayaḥ sākṣāt
sarva-loka-guruṁ prabhum
bhrātṛ-heti mṛṣā-dṛṣṭis
tvad-bhakte mayi cāghavān
tasmāt pitā me pūyeta
durantād dustarād aghāt
pūtas te ’pāṅga-saṁdṛṣṭas
tadā kṛpaṇa-vatsala
Prahlāda Mahārāja said: O Supreme Lord, because You are so merciful to the fallen souls, I ask You for only one benediction. I know that my father, at the time of his death, had already been purified by Your glance upon him, but because of his ignorance of Your beautiful power and supremacy, he was unnecessarily angry at You, falsely thinking that You were the killer of his brother. Thus he directly blasphemed Your Lordship, the spiritual master of all living beings, and committed heavily sinful activities directed against me, Your devotee. I wish that he be excused for these sinful activities.
So Prahlada Maharaja prayer for Hiranyakasipu and his uncle Hiranykasa came true and in the incarnation of Lord Caitanya ,Prahlada Maharaja became Haridas Thakura and went preaching with Lord Nityananda .
Prahlada Maharaja lamented to Narada Muni that I was not fortunate like Hanuman to serve the Lord like Ramachandra it is there in Brhad Bhagavatamrta .But in Gaura lila he became Srila Haridas Thakura , so just see this pastime in this perspective .Lord Caitanya said about Madhava and Jagannatha Prabhus (former Jagai and Madhai) that anyone that offers them anything will get devotion for Krsna (recorded in Caitanya Bhagavatam chapter 13 ) Jagannatha and Madhava Prabhus chanted 128 rounds daily as stated in Prema Vilasa ,so former Jaya and Vijaya ultimately became Gaura Bhaktas so the day they where cursed to fall from Vaikuntha by the 4 Kumaras was actually a blessing.For 3 birth they where demons to play a role in Lord Narasimha, Lord Ramachandra and Lord Krsnas lilas, but in their 4th birth they became pure devoteees of Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityananda Prabhu so this is most wonderful
