today is the holy Apperanceday of Srila Bhaktivaibhava Puri Maharaja he was a disciple of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada and I had the good fortune of having his assciation ,Srila Prabhupada loved this godbrother of his very much and went to visit him in Visakhapatnam , AP I believe it was in 1975 and he came to see Srila Prabhupada on his death bed in 1977 ,he did not want to leave Srila Prabhupada but Srila Prabhupada told him you please continue your preaching tour .Bhakti Vaibhava Puri chanted 64 rounds since many years .He explained how Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada had devotees fast fully for Radhastami and quoted two slokas from Padma Purana ,In 1992 when he opened a temple in Vrindavana I was asked to lead the Kirtana during the inauguration of Lord Caitanya and Sri Sri Radha Krsna Guru Tattva - YouTube
