seeing through the eyes of scriptures

Dandavat pranams

Jaya Sri Guru Gauranga ,Gandharvika Giridhari

Jaya Srila Prabhupada

The major part of the GBC. sannyasis and ISKCON leaders and  many ISKCON members do not believe in Srila Prabhupadas statement about women. Thus they have made women GBC's and TP's.

http://krishna.org/women-in-society-a-television-interview-with-sri...

The world are controlled by women and men controlled by women, this is the tupsy turvy situation of this planet.

ISKCON included. Women are encouraged to travel alone without husband and sons and do "world preaching tours".

This would never be sanctioned by Srila Prabhupada or any of the acaryas.

Better women stay in the house take care of their family and learn bhakti, they should also chant 64 rounds as was shown by Srila Narottama das Thakura's female disciple Queen Rupamala. Instead ISKCON women want to compete with the men in especailly the western world, and sometimes they chase brahamcaries, sannyasis and married men...this is the nature of many ISKCON women, that often act no better than prostitutes.

From Prema-vilasa Chapter 18: Shrila Narottama instructs his disciples: adhanya manaye narottama apanake; suna sishya bandhugana kahiye tomake. "Shrila Thakura Narottama considering himself worthless in his natural humility, called all his disciples, followers and friends, and spoke to them the following important instructions.   prathamei krshna-pada prapti laksha jara; se laiba laksha-nama sankhya apanara. "Those whose top priority in this life is to achieve the lotus feet of Lord Gauranga-Krishna should voluntarily chant 100,000 Holy Names of daily." Narottama-vilasa 10th Vilasa: Rupamala, the queen of a distant country became so happy on getting initiation from Shrila Narottama dasa Thakura that she took a vow to take 100,000 Harinama (64 rounds of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra) daily. Seeing her determination, everyone began to sing the glory of Shrila Narottama dasa Thakura Mahashaya.

Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada also engaged lady disciples in chanting one lahk how many of them actually did so is not known.

Even in India there is now Bhagavad Sabdaha recitation by women, completely unvedic. I have been invited by one such married lady  to go to Citrakut ,India  and speak on Bhagavatam in front of thousands and get paid for it. But women speaking on Bhagavatam like that is not Vedic.

Jahnava Mata and Ganga Mata Goswamini and other great vaisnavis never acted in such a way. Still however they remained humble vaisnavis and chanted lahks of holy names of Krsna as also shown by Visnupriya devi the consort of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu.This is the business of a chaste vaisnavi , not getting remarried, divorced and dragging down sannyasis ,brahmacaries and married men  .

Lord Narasimha once appeared and killed Amazonian ladies taking over power. So I pray to this form of Lord Narasimha that the Amazonian female leaders of ISKCON will come to their senses, and stop acting as GBC;s and TP's this is completely opposed to Srila Prabhuapdas teachings and examples. This is all the fault of ISKCON leaders that are to attracted to the opposite sex otherwise they would never allow this.This is also a scheme so ISKCON leaders (in male forms) can easier have their own agendas.And some of these ISKCON female GBC's wear saffron completely opposed to vedic culture and is a mayavadi invention started by Kirtananda and company that also gave sannyasa to women. This irreligiousness has been introduced in ISKCON  with the return of New Vrindavana.

Anyhow real vaisnavis has no business in management but should chant one lahk or more and take full interest in vaidhi bhakti and even  raga marg bhakti when they advance ( management is mostly a waste of time anyway and is for neophytes interested in money and power and manipulation in the name of spirituality)

And if such women has such aggressive power then use if for Harinama and bookdistribution, not to chase men or to become ISKCON leaders.Women TP's and GBC's is opposed to sastra and Srila Prabhupadas teachings and example, he never made one lady a TP and GBC...but  some   ISKCON sannaysis and others are promoting this, as they do not understand vedic culture

Of course in India there is a bogus vers: Karyeshu dasi, Karaneshu manthri;
Roope cha Lakshmi, Kshamayaa dharitri;
Bhojyeshu mata, Shayaneshu rambha;
Shatkarma yukta, Kuladharma pathni.

A fairly veridical translation would be:

A good worker like a house-maid; a good adviser like a minister;
Beautiful like Goddess Lakshmi; Land of forgiveness;
A caretaker like a mother; Great in bed like Rambha;
One with all these six qualities makes an ideal wife.

However a wife is not a maid nor a heavenly prostitute like Rambha, so if women rebel to this who can blame them,the Srimad Bhagavatam has described a womens duties:

SB 7.11.25: To render service to the husband, to be always favorably disposed toward the husband, to be equally well disposed toward the husband's relatives and friends, and to follow the vows of the husband — these are the four principles to be followed by women described as chaste.

SB 7.11.26-27: A chaste woman must dress nicely and decorate herself with golden ornaments for the pleasure of her husband. Always wearing clean and attractive garments, she should sweep and clean the household with water and other liquids so that the entire house is always pure and clean. She should collect the household paraphernalia and keep the house always aromatic with incense and flowers and must be ready to execute the desires of her husband. Being modest and truthful, controlling her senses, and speaking in sweet words, a chaste woman should engage in the service of her husband with love, according to time and circumstances.

SB 7.11.28: A chaste woman should not be greedy, but satisfied in all circumstances. She must be very expert in handling household affairs and should be fully conversant with religious principles. She should speak pleasingly and truthfully and should be very careful and always clean and pure. Thus a chaste woman should engage with affection in the service of a husband who is not fallen.

SB 7.11.29: The woman who engages in the service of her husband, following strictly in the footsteps of the goddess of fortune, surely returns home, back to Godhead, with her devotee husband, and lives very happily in the Vaikuṇṭha planets.
