seeing through the eyes of scriptures

Personalisme !

Often one may tend to act impersonal with others and offensive this is very trypical in this fallen Kali yuga.
I recall one time I was in ISKCON England and serving at Bhaktivedanta Manor 1996 and I was going back to USA to distribute books, but this time be on my own with one Bhakta Jacob from Denmark we has rented a flat in Washington DC so we could just focus on distributing books and not be sidetracked by things in the temple. But I recall before I left I got a really sweet post card from all the sankirtana devotees at Bhaktivedanta Manor and they asked me to kindly stay and keep distributing books with them .It was so sweet and I have kept it and I never forget that personal touch .That time I was sleeping in the sankirtana office at Bhaktivedanta Manor and sometimes matajis would even come in there while I was resting, I was given that office to I could worship my Salagrama silas and Govardhana silas also .Often in a temple I did not the facility I wanted for my worship so I wished that also when I moved out of the temple I felt I could have a better standard of worship .It has imprioved for me because Salagrama sila and Govardhana sila worship is not a small thing. Also moving out of the temple has given me facility to chant 64 rounds daily and read 5 hours daily and write Vaisnava litterature and be away from politics I do not like .But we are all attracted to personalisme I have never forgotten a single of those sankirtana devotees from Bhaktivedanta Manor I have only once been back since for a visit ,But I never forgot these devotees and pray they are all still around in KC .Washington DC is just my sankirtana spot because I can distribute lots of books here, though I really do not have any good assocaition in USA .USA is very cold and impersonal ,of all devotee association I have seen in Europa and USA and Canada I liked the devotees in ISKCON Soho and Bhaktivedanta Manor by far .So this is dedicated to my friends at Bhaktivedanta Manor and ISKCON Soho street
