I wrote mother Urmila: Hari bol Mataji I am shocked that I hear you are pushing to become a diksa Guru, for which you are not qualified as in Vedic culture women never give diksa or was sanctioned by Srila Prabhupada or any acarya

  Govinda Dasi Simply cant imagine why ANYONE would want to become a diksha guru and take on the karma of others--havent we got enough births of suffering on our own?  In India they say, "the Guru business is a bad business..."

  Govinda Dasi However, I do believe in "initiating" slugs, lizards, spiders, roaches and other such creatures, but that is on the order of my spiriutal master Srila Prabhupada....He told me, "chant to the poor creature," and so I was down on my hands and knees chanting Hare Krishna to a slug. (and I dont like slugs, they eat my spinach plants...) But I still do it anyway.

  Paramananda Das Govinda Mataji you are so humble, my pranams to you , I am eager to  hear your opinion on women giving diksa according to your association with Srila Prabhupada...in my opinion you have grasped the KC philosophy better than even many of your leading ISKCON Guru godbrothers so I have much respect for you
