How to become free from envy !
"Due to the cheating propensity, both parties always remain envious. Even in Krsna consciousness, separation and enmity take place due to the prominence of material propensities."

my note :
Devotees should not remain envious of each other they should become pure devotees one can never become a pure devotee unless one is constantly chanting Hare Krsna 64 rounds or more daily as instructed by Lord Caitanya, 16 rounds does not seem to remove envy from the heart , Srila Jagannath das Babaji advised us all to chant 120 rounds daily but if we can not then he said at least chant 64 rounds every day before resting !
Sri Prahlada Maharaja has prayed :
svasty astu viśvasya khalaḥ prasīdatāṁ
dhyāyantu bhūtāni śivaṁ mitho dhiyā
manaś ca bhadraṁ bhajatād adhokṣaje
āveśyatāṁ no matir apy ahaitukī
SYNONYMS
May there be good fortune throughout the universe, and may all envious persons be pacified. May all living entities become calm by practicing bhakti-yoga, for by accepting devotional service they will think of each other’s welfare. Therefore let us all engage in the service of the supreme transcendence, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and always remain absorbed in thought of Him.
