seeing through the eyes of scriptures

A bonafide Guru can liberate the disciple that follows properly this is the meaning of the first sloka of the Samsara prayer ,those who want to be liberated from samsara should take to chanting 64 rounds daily given by Lord Caitanya , otherwise they will still be on fire by the samsara fire of birth and death
Lord Caitanya always engaged in Kirtana rasa that is the meaning of the second sloka and all bonafide spiritual masters also engaged in this way,However Srila Rupa Goswami and the 6 Goswamis of Vrindavana did not do so much kirtana as they where always engaged in nirjana bhajana
sloka 3 is that the Guru engages the disciple in Deity worship , everyone should worship Gaura Nitai daily they are the Parama Karunas and the Deities of Kali yuga. The boanfide Guru is always concerned one does not commit seva aparadha
sloka 4 is that the bonafide Guru after completing 64 rounds described by Lord Caitanya also engages the bonafide disciples in Deity worship and part of this arcana is not only cleaning and dressing but feeding the Supreme Lord .sloka 5 is the bonafide Guru is absorbed in Radha Krsna ,those not absorbed always in the pastimes of Radha Krsna can not be bonafide Gurus they are kanistha adhikaris and not fit to be Gurus, they may be in the beggining state of Madhyama ahikari .Because real Madhyama Adhikaris knows they have to chant 64 rounds daily that means at that stage you have become Madhyama adhikari because you have started to chant the prescribed rounds given by Lord Caitanya and Srila Rupa Goswami
sloka 6 describes that the bonafide Guru is absorbed in Radha Krsnas many pastimes and thus can share them with others
sloka 7 glorifies the importance of the bonafide Guru and sloka 8 describes that without the mercy of ones Gurudeva one can not make advancement.
Srila Visvanath Chakravati Thakura ends the prayer that one should offer the Guruvastakam during Brahma Muhurta and those who daily do so attains to the eternal service of Radha Krsna ,not only by chanting the prayer but by acting in that spirit as a disciple of ones Gurudeva and becoming the assistant to ones Gurudeva in Goloka Vrindavana ,this is the purport of the Samsara prayer

the Guruvastakam is really written in manjari bhava as Srila Visvanath Chakravati was a manjari and wanted to be serving Radha Krsna 24 hours daily he attained this state and was a nitya siddha eternal assocaite of Radha Krsna ,not an ordinary sadhana siddha that became a manjari in this life
