I saw this video of Niranjana Swami and the "culture of respect". I want to explain my experience with TP's and GBC's in ISKCON .

I never had any problem working with any TP and GBC as long they where KC. When I first joined ISKCON Sweden ,Vegavan Prabhu was the first TP I worked under, he was the sweetest loving and caring TP one can have and always caring for devotees.So many devotees joined in ISKCON Scandinavia because of him and many also left when Harikesa made politics against Vegavan Prabhu .Anyhow my second TP was Gopisvara Prabhu in ISKCON Copenhagen June of 1979 we had opened a small temple there with only 3 of us, that was the real beginning of ISKCON Denmark.I would go on bookdistribution 7 days a week no days of .Gopisvara and his wife ,where not staying long in ISKCON after that by 1981,t I never saw them again.They lasted in ISKCON Denmark for 4 month.Later we had one TP in Copenhagen ,Ravi das he has met his wife in sankirtana in Denmark and married her , he was gone for some days and showed up with this lady.She later got initiated and translated Bhagavad Gita as it is into Danish . Lilasakti mataji. In 1981 he became the TP it was really stupid he had no morning program and slept till 9 am daily sometimes to 10 ,but Prabhupada disciples where gods so they could do anything they liked mostly .In Sweden we has another TP Locana from Portugal, he was a good sankirtana devotee, but then he start sleeping with several matajis on the sankirtana party Harikesa send him traveling with the matajis alone which was a stupid idea of course .
But then after his falldowns he was made a TP.Then Devamrta Swami made Adi deva the TP of ISKCON Copenhagen, with all due respect he was the worst japa chanter I ever heard in ISKCON , when he chanted you could not make out one Hare or Krsna or Rama, but he kissed up to Devamrta Swami day and night .
He was a former pimp and drug pushed in Christania ,a big hippy place in Copenhagen. So from Pimp to TP I did not get along with him well ,he did to many stupid things, he was my junior but favored by Devamrta Swami.I can go on and on and on about what TPs I met next and some where good some where bad, I got along with the good ones like Svavasa Prabhu in ISKCON LA or Damodara Prabhu in Bhaktivedanta Manor UK , but when TP;s steal money and run of with women after you seen this 3 or 4 times you loose respect.
Ramabhadra in NY when he became TP started to chase 2 women and I confronted him , he later married Satya as I had predicted he was a divorcee and she left her husband also and was also a divorcee, ISKCON laws state remarried couples can not be leaders in ISKCON but it is not followed strictly .One thing is if the partner leaves KC but one leaving the wife or husband and then remarry is bogus.In Boston ,Niranjana Swami made his sudra disciple Jaya Gaurasundara TP, totally unqualified , and his friend Jiva Goswami das had illicit sex in the temple with a female disciple of Niranjana Swami and when you make such Jagai /Madhais in charge of a temple it goes to hell. Later Maharaja put one Nimainita dasi I believe his name was as TP, a homosexual on a powertrip he left ISKCON and became a buddhist he says .So who should you respect as TP.I have seen TPs with huge salaries buy houses from cash money they colelcted from being a TP.No my authority is my Gurudeva Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja and the sakhas in Krsnas pastimes I aspire to serve Krsna under their direction .So while in this world we can cooporate with someone as GBC and TP as long they are KC . If not we are personally not interested.TPs serving grains on Visnu tattva days for example have a srew loose because by serving grains on these days on goes to hell.So how can one be serving a demoniac TP bound for being punished in hell?

.Prabhupada, Geneva, June 4, 1974:There are twelve authorities mentioned in the sastra. One of them is Yamaraja. Balir vaiyasakir vayam. This is stated in the Srimad-Bhagavatam. Yamaraja is one of the GBC of Krsna. Yes. As we have got twelve GBC’s, similarly Krsna has got GBC’s. Now,

svayambhur naradah sambhuh kumarah kapilo manuh prahlado janako bhismo balir vaiyasakir vayam [SB 6.3.20]

That twelve men are authorized to preach Krsna consciousness. So we have to follow. Mahajano yena gatah sa panthah. Therefore we have created these GBC. So they should be very responsible men. Otherwise, they will be punished. They will be punished to become a sudra. Although Yamaraja is a GBC, but he made a little mistake. He was punished to become a sudra. So those who are GBC’s, they should be very, very careful to administer the business of ISKCON. Otherwise they will be punished. As the post is very great, similarly, the punishment is also very great. That is the difficulty. You can see from this example, Vidura. He was immediately punished. He did little mistake at Manduka… Because the rsis, the munis, they will curse. Dealing is very… Even Yamaraja is not taking.
