Chankya Pandit was a Vaisnava

Chanakya Pandit was not an impersonalist :
ko ’rthaḥ putreṇa jātena
yo na vidvān na dhārmikaḥ
kāṇena cakṣuṣā kiṁ vā
cakṣuḥ pīḍaiva kevalam
“What is the use of a son who is neither glorious nor devoted to the Lord? Such a son is like a blind eye, which simply gives pain but cannot help one see.”

the very first sloka in his Niti Sastra : Humbly bowing down before the Almighty Lord Visnu ,the Lord of the 3 worlds I recite this maxims of the science of political ethics selected from various sastras .

In the commentaries of the acaryas to the 12 Canto of Srimad Bhagavatam they have described Sri Chanakya Pandita as a Vaisnava as he is predicted there by Srila Vyasadeva

Srila Prabhupada also thought Sri Tulsi das was mixed with Mayavadi ideas , because his book RAmcarita Manasa seems to have mayavadi tendencies , but that is due to interpolation done to his book sastra declares Tulsi das is the Incarnation of Valmiki… See More
