Dandavat pranams
All glories to Srila Prabhupada
I have seen in the behavior of many of our ISKCON Gurus that all they want is money, and yes false prestige and comfort surrounding themselves with neophyte flattering disciples and never chant 64 rounds as ordered by Lord Caitanya .
I am glad that Dandavats.com have posted this  but it does not mean much, Praghosa das the GBC of Uk wrote previously on Dandavats.com that money is the honey if used for Krsna, I strongly objected and wrote , you are wrong Krsna is the only honey.http://www.dandavats.com/?p=10947  ; .He runs 3 or 4 restaurants in Dublin under his name and ISKCON's name at the same time, he basically owns ISKCON Ireland financially  ,this was not Prabhupadas plan for ISKCON .Most ISKCON Gurus have build an empire where they are God and the center of the universe ,and everything against their teachings is met with everything from expelling you ,to having you murdered. And because they are so eager to get more and more money these rascals are now giving initiation  to persons that live in homosexual relationships ,why are they doing this because they are also secretly gays and support gay marriage.Oh yes and do not forget their gay  and lesbian disciples give them money  .A society of cheaters and the cheated....
All to make a few dollars

Sannyasis should not be given any money. They should manage themselves and maintain themselves by taking small alms from different persons-not a lump sum from one person.
Letter to Atreya Rsi — London 13 August, 1971:
My Dear Atreya Rsi,
Please accept my blessings. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 9th August, 1971 and have noted the contents carefully. So far your service is concerned, you should understand that Krishna’s service is absolute. Anything you do for Krishna in the standard of Krishna’s service is Krishna also. So cleansing Krishna’s temple and working on the altar of Krishna, etc. there is no difference. So don’t consider in Krishna’s service that something is higher and something is lower. Neither Krishna’s servants are materially superior or inferior. So you should stick to your present service. That will be very nice.
Now immediately we have got a very big project to construct a temple at Mayapur, the birth site of Caitanya Mahaprabhu. So you can contribute the sums for our Mayapur construction scheme. Sannyasis should not be given any money. They should manage themselves and maintain themselves by taking small alms from different persons-not a lump sum from one person.
It is very much pleasing to me that you are so much sacrificing everything for Krishna. Krishna will surely bless you. You can open better a Mayapur construction scheme fund and deposit as much money as possible there and in due course we shall withdraw it. The estimate for the project is Rupees 40 lakhs (Rs. 4,000,000) which in ordinary exchange comes to $500,000. So you can deposit in this fund as much as possible. That will be very nice.
Hoping this will meet you in good health.
Your ever well-wisher,
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami

Srimad Bhagavatam has stated:
SB 2.2.3: For this reason the enlightened person should endeavor only for the minimum necessities of life while in the world of names. He should be intelligently fixed and never endeavor for unwanted things, being competent to perceive practically that all such endeavors are merely hard labor for nothing.
SB 2.2.7: Who else but the gross materialists will neglect such transcendental thought and take to the nonpermanent names only, seeing the mass of people fallen in the river of suffering as the consequence of accruing the result of their own work?
Srila Rupa Goswami has quoted some verses in his Padyavali about real wealth:
brahmandanam koti-sankhyadhikanam
aishvaryam yac cetana va yad-amshah
avirbhutam tan-mahah krishna-nama
tan me sadhyan sadhanam jivanam
If the opulence or knowledge of many millions of universes were clustered together, they would hardly equal a small fragment of the glory of Krishna’s holy name. Krishna’s holy name is my life. It is the goal of my life. It is the means I will employ to attain the goal of my life.

krishna-bhakti-rasa-bhavita matih
kriyatam yadi kuto ‘pi labhyate
tatra laulyam api mulyam ekalam
janma-koti-sukritair na labhyate
Pure devotional service in Krishna consciousness cannot be had even by pious activity in hundreds and thousand of lives. It can be attained only by paying one price—that is, intense greed to obtain it. If it is available somewhere, one must purchase it without delay.*

I think devotees will love this one:
viceyani vicaryani
vicintyani punah punah
kripanasya dhananiva
tvan-namani bhavantu nah
O Lord, just as a miser continually collects, counts and remembers his money, in the same way let us continually collect, count, and remember Your holy names,
—Shri Bhavananda
