Ahalya the wife of Gautama Rsi was attractive to Indra so one day he took the form of Gautama Rsi and had sex with Ahalya,when Gautama Rsi came back from his morning bath and prayers he understood what Indra had done and cursed him to have vaginas all over his body, however, he was able to appease the sage so it became eyes instead.. then Gautama rsi cursed his wife for infidelity (though she was innocent really as she had no idea ,it was Indra who had come disguised as her husband ) she became a stone until Lord Ramachandra placed His lotus foot on that stone .Ahalya was thus purified from all sins of the material world and joined Gautama Rsi, she later went back home to Godhead and is celebrated in this world as one of the most chaste women and great souls ,thus on Vedic culture it is stated :
ahalyā draupadī sītā tārā mandodarī tathā ।
pañcakanyāḥ smarennityaṃ mahāpātakanāśinīḥ ॥
English translation
Ahalya, Draupadi, Sita, Tara and Mandodari
One should forever remember the five virgins who are the destroyers of great sins
Tara was the chaste wife of Bali and Mandodari was the wife of Ravana but was a very chaste lady and always told Ravaan not to rape women and also advised him to return Sita or Lord Ramachandra would kill him Ravana surely , Sri Draupadi we know and Sri Sita the wife of Lord Ramachandra so these 5 chaste ladies one is supposed to pay obaisences too always https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahalya ;
