letter to the GBC

dear members of the GBC and all members of ISKCON
Please accept my humble obaisences all glories to Srila Prabhupada .
I have spend 40 years of my life in devotional service to Srila Prabhupada and Krsna and I think it is about time we clean up ISKCON  .
First of all after watching the updates about child abuse in ISKCON , we have to stop denying it exist, It has for to long and it needs to stop .Secondly more funding should be given to protect , educate and train the Guru kulis, better staff better teachers and it cost money .There should be spared no expenses for the Guru Kula system because it has failed.Been in India and seen the abuses there in the 1980th and knowing all the details of the sexual abuses and beatings .Yes it needs to stop ,how can we as parents not be angry there are no safe Guru kulas for kids in ISKCON ? 
 .I met a Guru Kula boy Acuyta from Nepal in 1986 in Kakinada Andhra Pradesh . He told me about the sexual abuses he and other boys faced in Mayapure at the hands of Nitai chand , Bhavana and Satadhanya .

When I mentioned this to my former Guru Harikesa he told me to shut up or Bhavanandas men would kill me. Devotees around the world are in darkness why Bhavananda and Satadanya are allowed in Mayapure after their past pedophile behavior. 
Secondly there has been abuse of money for years in ISKCON and it is about time of transparency ,and proper accounting .
Srila Prabhupada did not allow a salary system in ISKCON , many persons within the BBT receive large Salary .It should be stopped.
Thirdly the changes done to Srila Prabhupadas books are to many , Srila Prabhupada did not like so many unauthorized changes.My advise it that the GBC take help from Garuda Prabhu who is a PH.D and can help find a solution to the many changes done to Srila Prabhupadas books .
Fourthly Srila Prabhupada never made any women GBC's, Tp's Sannyasis and Gurus Srila Prabhupadas disciples had disobeyed Srila Prabhupada and made all 4 mistakes ,it should be rectified and these roles are not for women .
Fifthly there needs to be a proper ministry of Justice and entity to direct complaints and grievances and where deviations can be corrected
Number six is Srila Prabhupada did not authorize sannyasis and GBCs to amass large amount of wealth of his institution , you want money you can go get an outside job .
Number seven most temples in ISKCON deviate from the standard set by Srila Prabhupada and our acaryas by serving grains on Visnutattva days. The punishment of taking grain prasadam on days like Janmastami is becoming a snake .However ISKCON Gurus allow and take grains in many cases on Visnu tattva days. My humble request is stop this or we ask they should step down as Gurus and sannyasi and GBCs because they are not able to deliver those dependent on them
Number eight is very simple Srila Prabhupada tried to institute chanting of 64 rounds daily , however after being chanting for 40 plus years and not improving ones chanting to chant more than 16 rounds is a utter disgrace and shows lack of understanding the importance of chanting Hare Krsna
the last point is that every member in ISKCON should participate in distributing Srila Prabhupadas books, it is the duty of every member in ISKCON.SB 7.9.44 purport .If we  are not willing to distribute Srila Prabhupadas books in then what are we  doing in ISKCON?We all should distribute his books from new Bhakta to those in the topmost positions .Thanks for your attention.
